Siming > pedicures. Unless you can give your sim a pedicure in the game. Oh, that would be amazing.

For me, it depends what and where it is. I like the idea of something small, in a difficult-ish place to see. Like something on an ankle, foot or toe (fetish much?). I'm skeptical about most other places.
