Really, I'm posting because I haven't in awhile. Let's see.
I was made alumna president of my sorority...which is great, except it means I have to like, be involved now. That will be interesting. More on that later.
Oh! That reminds me. You are now reading the LJ of a Masters of Finance student. Verrrry interesting. We'll see how that goes. Class starts on Thursday; hopefully my study skills haven't completely deteriorated.
(Cripes, it's like I'm back in colleg--oh wait. I AM.)
We return to the home office on September 2nd. That means this week, Monday - Thursday, is our last week in the Norway office. THANK FUCKING GOD. I'm about damn tired of that place.
What else? Nothing too much else exciting. GOOD ENGLISH RIGHT THERE. And I'm not feeling particularly witty.
I saw my Other Best Friend the other day, for supper and shopping, which we do every couple of months. I've known this girl for 7 years and she's JUST LIKE ME and those of you that know me outside of LJ will understand EXACTLY HOW SCARY THIS IS.
Anyway. We were at Vanity, which is a clothing store, and we were perusing the sales racks because we are poor. I noticed a display on the wall and I was like "haha, look at all colors! They should've done it Roy G. Biv, though." And my friend gave me a look. And I'm all "I'm a nerd." Then look back at the wall for a minute, think. And go, "THEY DID DO ROY G BIV!"
P.S., That is my Other Best Friend in the picture. She wasn't aware I was capturing her with my stealthy camera phonedness.
Hee...it still makes me giggle. God, I'm a nerd. How do you stand me?
